House Moving Journal Part 1
Yo people! It's me, after moving to Sengkang for a temporary one month stay while my Tampines home is under renovation. I just can't wait to move back already! lol.. my room will adapt a blue and white theme, in which I picture it to be both bold but peaceful. I went for some shocker effects when choosing the colours, but hopefully it wouldn't be too overpowering. =S hahaha. Let's look at the bright side, shall we?
Anyways, speaking of bright, I don't like dark rooms. But I've chosen an Ocean shade for my fore ceiling, hope it wouldn't be too dark or gloomy. Johnmin previously picked a sky blue colour for his room, and it really really made you feel blue. He said it made him too sleepy so much so that he couldn't take it anymore, hence he moved out of that room and slept in another brighter room instead. I don't think mine will make me feel that sleepy, cos my furniture are mostly blaring white. Really loud, but I think the contrast is good. hahaha.
The past two/three weeks have been pure hell. Slept at four every night and woke up at 7 in the mornings just to pack, blasted all my weekends like that. After work (during weekdays) I go home, only to pack again! You must really be wondering why the hell would anyone spend so much time just packing. It's been 20 years since all the gifts and purchases accumulated in the store room, that's why! I will post a before and after picture after the renovation... then you'll know what I mean. hahaha. Girls really shouldn't renovate or move house at whim. hahaha.
So exciting! Really can't wait to move in again.
Estimated date to move back: Start September 2008.
One and a half months more! Gah!
